Welcome to wvulandlords.com. This site was created to educate the students of WVU about who the good and bad landlords are in Morgantown.
If you are currently renting a house in Morgantown, please take a few minutes to rate your landlord.
Here's what you need to do:
- Click on the "Landlord Directory" button on the top of the page
- Find the name of your landlord or rental company from the alphabetically sorted list
- If your landlord is not on the list please click the 'Add Your Lanlord' button above and fill out the form
- Once you get to your landlord's listing page, click the "Rate Now" link around the middle of the page
- Fill out the quick survey and you've done your part
Please take the time to rate your landlord. I've created this website to help the students of West Virginia but this whole project will be meaningless unless everyone pitches in and contributes a little bit.
