I had an all around good experience renting from James Baldwin. He made repairs in a timely manor and even gave some of my roommates summer jobs working for him. Also received a fair portion of my security deposit back.

Everyone with negative comments below has never rented from a slumlord like BCK, or University Prime. James is definitely one of the better landlords in town.

James was very respectful but was all talk and no action. Things would be broke for months and we could not get him to fix it. We got a lot of promises but he NEVER delivered on these promises. I can't believe that his houses pass the Health Inspecter. Someone is getting paid off to turn their head the other way.

By far the best landlord Morgantown has ever had! Always available,very courteous, respectful and professional.
The owners name is James Baldwin and he is #1 when it comes to landlords and believe me I have had quite a few.

Totally recommended !!!! My parents were so impressed with James and it certainly eased their minds about leaving me in Morgantown. He went above and beyond for us and rates superior on the "landlord" scale. Parents---start here and you won't need to look any further.

Horrible lying scumlord. Lied multiple times to my face and my parents face. Will leave to go to "lowes" and never return for a week. Not recommended. We paid our rent on time every month and he never once fulfilled his contract.

This guy is a total liar. Never showed up to fix anything he said he would. It's been 3+ months now and stuff is still busted. Total scumlord!

They are always easy to get ahold of and returned my security deposit. I wish every other rental company would be more like them. Thanks for making my stay in Morgantown easy!!

I have always been impressed w/ how fast they handle my requests or answer any questions I have. By far and away the best in town.

James is awesome. I had some things arise and needed to move out and he worked with me to get someone to take over my lease. Always returned my phone calls and took care of any issues right away. Best landlord around!
