apartment at chestnut hill says...
I have had nothing but good experiences from Ms Williams she is very nice and so is her staff. I pay my rent with my loan check and it didn't come in right away and they let me wait till it came in before they made me pay rent they are very flexible if you just go talk to them.

Townhouse says...
Ms.Williams and the whole staff are really very nice and helpful. Its a quiet area and conviently located right by the hospital/ PRT/ stadium. The rent is VERY reasonable (the cheapest I have found anywhere) and the townhouses are Extremly nice for the price you are paying! I would, without a doubt, recommend someone renting here.

While you are renting some NICE places, when you go to put down your deposit... you will sign something giving her authorization to check your credit rating... SHE WILL ACTUALLY DO IT!!!!!!

mrs. williams is a great property manager. she will always help you out in any way possible. she's a tough lady though, if you're loud she'll let you know, which is great for those who like it quiet..A++++++
