Georgetown/Queen Anne Colony

Horribly disrespectful people. They lie about noise complaints and they patrol at night and on game days in order to catch people doing things wrong. Don't ever plan on having guests over because they have a fit. The worst landlords and people I've met in Morgantown. I would never recommend these landlords to anyone. I'm always respectful and give people the benefit of the doubt, but these people try to use intimidation and threats to control their tenents. I've had experiences with other landlords in town and Paul and Kim are by far the worst. Nice apts but not at all worth the trouble!

Good people and reasonable prices. Excellent for any medical majors as they can just walk 5-10 minutes to many classes. 15 minute walk to the Medical PRT if you don't feel like driving. They are always quick to fix any reported problems.

Great landlords. Lately, parking has been a little too full without any towing though. Would like to see Paul get on the ball about that.

Paul is a baby and cant handle anything on his own so his sister does everything for him. Never fixed anything and everything was always blamed on parts being ordered. Parking lots were always too full and they charge you for anything they possibly can.

renting here could not have been a better experience, had a very short period of time to move out, so we ended up leaving the apartment in less than perfect shape, still got most of our deposit back with a letter stating that we were charged a cleaning fee of $25. only complaint was that it was very close to stadium so they had to be pretty strict on parking.

Excellent family-owned and operated apartment complex. Have never even had any maintenance issues, but they do excellent preventative maintenance and are sure to notify a couple weeks in advance. Just really nice people who will take care of you!

Good folks. They kept nice units, rent was reasonable, and they always treated me with respect.
