great people here. very accomodating when signing a lease or having problems with one. kind, and understanding. they use their lease as mostly a formality. As long as you eventually get them the rent they wont ever bother you.

Fuck highland rentals. Be4 i moved out for good i asked my landlord what would be deducted from the depsit. they told me that we would just have to pay for the carpets to be cleaned. Instead, we received charges for painting the whole apartment, which was did not need to be done, and we also got chargeds for repairs on holes in the wall that were already there. Do your self a favor and get out there and look for nicer houses to rent. Highland rentals is previously known as wiley rentals, which everybody hated. Laundry costs you $1.75 to do a load and half the time the my dryer didnt even work, but of course the part of the dryer that collected my money worked. Thats not it either, if you wanted to put an air conditioner in your room they wanted to charge an additional 25 dollars a month! i had left them a message asking why i was charged for the painting of the rooms and the repairs of the holes in the walls that were already there and of course the did not ever return my call. highland rentals does a great job. They dont mind if you pay rent late, and never charge late fees. They have great rates and always give a heads up when there will be a housing inspection or anything else. Great people!
