    454 Melrose St says...

    House is a few years old, and back steps are broken causing a real safety Hazzard, while we told him he still refuses to fix it. the House was mold infested as well as he deliberatly avoided a phone call asking to resign so that he could resign to an other tennant probably to raise the cost of rent.
