Kristin Orbin/Morgan Pointe

I have lived in my apartment for two years and I love it. It is close to class yet far enough away from downtown. Plus they have onsite maintenance and the landlord is nice.

I have lived at Morgan Pointe for three years and I have had a very pleasant experience over those three years. The landlord is so nice and she always takes care of my problems even when I call her at 3:00 in the morning. (She has a cell phone and she actually answered.) I felt very comfortable during my stay at Morgan Pointe and I would definitely recommend the complex to anyone that wants a nice, quite, and affordable apartment.

The apartments are nice especially for the price plus the landlord is very easy to get along with. I would recommend this complex if you are new in town because she will go out of her way to make you feel at home.

While living at Morgan Pointe, I had one of my worst off-campus living experiences ever. The property manager, Kristin Orbin, never responded to complaints. She did not seem to work hard and never tried to please her tenants. She also was rarely in her office during her office hours. I would never rent from her and wiser development again.
