MMM Rentals

The place is a decent size and at a more than reasonable price! The landlord is always upgrading/repairing/or replacing things in the apartment. For example, on break he put in a dishwasher and new cabinets, and over the summer he put in nice wood floors for the common area. He is very nice, and will do everything in his power to work with you if you need him too!

Only negative-there is a problem with boxelder bugs in the spring. They are more annoying than anything.

The space is a little cramped but the price is decent given the location. There is a problem with bugs during the spring which hasn't been dealt with. Maintenence is great, though - we had a breaker blow once and someone was out to fix it almost immediately. All of the appliances are either new or in great shape. I usually wait till the last minute to mail rent and have never gotten a complaint. Over all, not a bad place.
