Perilli Apartments

Gene is simply the man. He is by far that most professional landlord in Morgantown. I lived in his apartments above Jimmy Johns at 403 High St and the apartments were very clean and he couldn't have been more helpful.

Gene is the most respectful, honest and caring landlord that I have EVER had. I stayed in an efficiency apartment of his in South Park 4 years ago. It was very clean and modern and showed no wear from previous tenants. I made 1 complaint to him about a leaking faucet (which happens), and he was there at 9AM the next morning to fix it. Also, I fell on hard times and was 3 weeks late on my rent once. Gene told me not to worry about it and that I could pay it when I got it. Long story short, the man is one of the BEST landlords to rent from in Morgantown! I have been with 5 landlords total. HIGHLY RECOMMEND!!!! A++++++++++++++++++++

I was a grad student in Mo-town and I rented a 1 BR in South Park for 2 years (June 2006 - June 2008). The apartment was equipped with all the necessary appliances (except for W/D), fully furnished and very clean! Meaning that when you move in you can actually start unpacking and not cleaning up and disinfecting the entire place! The price was also reasonably good. I have never had any problems with my landlords (Gene or Brad). They were great! The only concern was the close proximity of buildings to each other but that is apparently a town feature. I personally think Perilli Apartments are the best place for renting in Morgatnown area! That's probably why all their apartments are rented out at least 6-7 month before one can actually move in :) Basically, if you want to get one you have to contact them in November of this year so you can move in in June of next year.

I also rented an apartment from him last year and I have not had any problems what so ever when I needed him for something. The Perilli's are the best!

Gene is AWESOME! Things get fixed extremely fast, and all of his properties are in amazing condition! I am staying in the same place next year!
