Pinnacle Height Apartments

We didn't have water for almost two days in December...over Christmas. The maintance man came the day the water was out and told me he would be right back, he showed up the next morning. I guess it had to do with insulation. The hill the leads into the apartment complex was rarely taken care of. I agree with the previous person in saying I got used to parking on the hill and walking back and forth. I hear every conversation the people above me have and their huge dog sounds like he is coming threw the ceiling sometimes when he runs across the floor.

First of all, I will say that the area around the apartment is gorgeous during the summer months, and they are very nice and clean apartments. They also allow pets with no hassle which tends to be difficult to find. On the bad side, it took almost a month to get a leak in my bedroom ceiling fixed. The apartments are poorly insulated, and I could hear EVERYTHING my neighbors do. The apartments are on a hill, and the road going up the hill weren't always well-maintained, although it can be better than the main roads at time. I got used to parking at the top of the hill in the coldest part of the winter I loved my apartment at first, but the bedroom leak and multiple times where the hill wasn't well maintained lead me to seek an apartment elsewhere.

They are great here. Repairs are made in a timely manner and they always call a day ahead to let you know they will be coming. Very respectful and nice. I would recommend this complex to anyone. The apartment I am in is brand new and the rent is very reasonable. A+ in my book!
