Valley View Ave property says...

The lease promised return of the security deposit within 45 days of move out. It's been 5 months and I haven't seen a dime. I'm going to end up having to take them to court to ever see that money again.

So if you want your security deposit back DO NOT RENT FROM HERE.

Also, the landlord had my phone number and said he would call before bringing people over to show the apartment and he never did. He would knock twice then let himself in.

Trailer Lot says...

Just rented the lot. Road need is in TERRIBLE shape and needs paved badly. Landlord does not care to fix the road or plow in the winter. Also, your parking spots will be sold without your consent on game days.
