Stewart Street says...
In five years at WVU, each with a different landlord, Rice Rentals is by far the cream of the crop. The only time I've ever had to have an interaction with them was when my a/c broke, and it was fixed within four hours by the time I got back from class.

I personally think Rice Rentals is great...I recommend everyone to use them, great people, always willing to help you out. Just gotta make sure you follow their rules (which aren't bad at all!)

John Rice is by far the worst landlord in Morgantown. He doesn't fix anything in a timely manner. TERRIBLE!
