Russ and Giny Are awesome!!! I have rented from them for 2 years and will continue to do so! These are people you want to work with!

Ginny and Russ are the best landlords anyone could possibly ask for. They are very friendly and easy to talk to. If you have any issues, they are working on it ASAP to get it fixed. Routine maintenance was always performed. I would strongly recommend them to anyone!

If I rent for the rest of my life I will live no where but here at Seldar or Stadium apartments. Ginny and Russ have gone above and beyond, not only for me but for my friends and family. I have never had a landlord that worked with me the way they have when I've had problems. My landlord has made my place of residence, my home!!!!!!!!!

I rented from Seldar for a few years, then moved into Stadium Apts. I've now had the same landlords since 2000. They are great people, and they keep very nice apartments. They will help you out anytime you need something! Great rental prices and quality location!

Great landlords. Not intrusive but always there when you needed them. Really nice people.

This landlord never returns phonecalls, and took weeks to repair broken appliances. They do not perform routine maintinance on heating and AC units, and were unaware of modifications previous tennants had made to cable and internet wiring within the apartment until we pointed out that cable jacks were not working upon move in.

Great location, and great rent price. Amazing people to work with. When something broke it was replaced with new appliances. Renting the same location until I graduate!
