Washer and dryer facility only works 1/4 of the time

Russ and Ginny are the best landlords I've ever had during my tenure in Morgantown, and this is coming from somebody that's had 3 different apartments during my time up there.

They treat you with respect, you can always go to them if there's a problem, they will fix your stuff, just call and ask. On a Saturday, when they are normally not in operation, maintenance came and fixed my fridge. They also gave me a spare key to my apartment when I thought I lost my keys during the winter.

I highly recommend renting from this location. When I do return to Morgantown, they will be the first people I call!

Ginny is the best landlord I've ever rented from. She is easy to talk with, treats you with respect and goes out of her way to help you out. I was locked out one night and was freezing and she got there fast to let me in. You'll see her around because she is always working to rennovate the apts, but she does not bother you and respects your privacy. Never showed up unexpectedly. A great place to live and great landlords to deal with.

Ginny is the best landlord. She is professional and treats you really nice, with respect and courtesy. She is very helpful if you need her, yet she leaves you alone and give you privacy. She went out of her way to help me when I got locked out. The apts are well maintained and she is always working to renovate the older apartments. Very nice lady to talk to and deal with, fair and respectful.

Russ and Ginny were the best landlords I ever had. They were very personable and easy to get a hold of. Routine maintenance was always performed and if I had any issues they were fixing the issue as soon as they could. I highly recommend them to anybody!
