Street's Apartments

I know for a fact that Pam went into my apartment without prior notification or permission because she left a box of chocolates INSIDE MY APARTMENT (in the kitchen, not just inside the doorway) for Christmas for a few years. Most notifications were left INSIDE the apartment, on the floor in the doorway, but much farther inside than it would have gone if she had simply pushed the paper under the door.

I am a young professional (not a student) and was never late with my rent, took care of the place and lived there for 3 years. When I moved out, I cleaned the place until it was spotless and SHE STILL KEPT MY SECURITY DEPOSIT. Said it was for "scrubbing the rugs" (shouldn't you replace those after a renter has lived there for 3 years?) and "cleaning." Baloney.

When I moved in, rent was 425/mo. By the time I moved out, she had jacked it up to the 600/mo range. I can't imagine what she's charging these days.

Huge amounts of storage space, great location, but other than that, I would definitely not recommend.

Always proffesional, willing to help in financil matters such as when rent is late. That is quite refreshing living in here morgantown.Would refer apt. accomodations to anyone that was moving here to moragantown.

I would strongly suggest NEVER renting an apartment from this landlord. Pam was the rudest person I have ever met and would enter various apartment whenever she pleased. Very unpleasant and unprofession. TERRIBLE!!

May possibly rummage. Does not tolerate messiness or loud parties.
