Terrace Heights Apartments

TH is a great place to live. The staff is second to none. The places are well maintained including the landscaping and snow plowing. They even shoveled my car out last winter. Nothing but praise for these pro's.!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!1

they were great! if we had a problem they would come that day or the next to fix it. i encourage people to live with in their houses.

Roberta was absolutely WONDERFUL! She was a great landlord. She was ALWAYS available and always willing to do whatever she could to improve the property. I had to move out because I couldn't find a room-mate, but she even offered to give me a place to stay whenever I'd want one. She was very very accomadating and professional. I'd rent off her anyday!

Of all the places I've lived in Morgantown, Terrace Heights is by far the #1 best one. The atmosphere there is great, kind of sucks that roberta raises the rent 20 bucks every year - but IMO it's really great living there. Also, the pool area rules are uber lax - we used to throw parties there all the time at night

Roberta Grant is a great landlord! She truly cares about the apartments and property.
The staff is great! Problems are always fixed promptly.
Tentants are always given notice before the staff enters the apartments.

Rent from Roberta Grant. She is truly professional. The maintnance staff is incredible. Ask her about the furniture.

They were amazing landlords..always called before any maintance people came by..and responded the day of or the next day to any problems..Its been great renting from them.
